Title: Arctic Grayling
Post by: Pigshanks on Apr 17, 2006, 05:56 PM
Heard a rumour that Spruce coulee in the Cypress Hills is going to be killed off once again. With the illegal stocking of Walleye and the lack of Brookies, I heard that Arctic Grayling were going to take their place. Anyone else heard anything???? ???

Spruce Coulee is located in the Cypress Hills park in SE Alberta. The park itself is roughly the same altitude as Banff, so despite being in the middle of the baldass prairie, the lakes in the area stay pretty cold throughout the year. And like I said, it was only a rumour. One that would probably make a few people down here a wee bit happy.   ;)
