Title: down imaging vs tradition sonar. lowerane or humminbird?
Post by: stripahstalker on Mar 19, 2016, 01:28 PM
Thoughts? Preference? Experience? I'm leaning to down imaging but not sure. Fishing deeper resisviors with not a whole lot of structure like rampant, the mile, and catamount not sure if down imaging would be better. What say u fellas.

Don't have one myself, but was on hand when in another boat with one and thought it was pretty neat, happened to look over and there was a perfect profile of a walleye  ;D and yup in the right area.

Go to Youtube and do a search on "down imaging".

Lots there.

Here's a link to one of them.
