the snow has finally let up .... never would have imagined I would be plowing snow in late april, guess I should have expected as much when I took this custodian job  >:(  time to get after those panfish this weekend .....

 I got to make up for lost time . The next 4 days all look fishable to me.  I will be doing my thang to catch up for lost time.  Starts 6:00 am in the morning.  :thumbup_smilie: :thumbup_smilie: :thumbup_smilie:

I've found four dead bullfrogs on one of the ponds in recent days. It's been really rough on them. I don't normally find that many. Now there's a great blue heron after them. Don't come back in your next life as a frog!

Just tried for the bullheads in this slop, I went from roofing in a t shirt and shorts all week to putting on my hunting bibs and sitting on the freezing bank only to get skunked HA it still beat roofing in a t shirt all week tho lol!

Heavy frost here -- again this morning in northern Indiana. Cold front came through yesterday and it was in the 40's for a high with brisk winds. Funny how relative that is. If it had been it the 40's on the ice it would have felt mild.

when you want to ice fish you want it colder now you want warmer  :rotflol:   it's warmer then when I walked across the  lake I'm going to put on my  rain gear and go  catch some fish
