I'm guessing lakers of that size that feed primarily on smaller Lake trout or stocked rainbows? Amirite?

They had 4 gates at the Caughdenoy dam wide open a couple of days ago. Yesterday there was one gate fully open, but they shut it down a bit. I think the Thruway Authority got carried away thinking there was going to be more rain and drained the lake excessively. Hopefully the lake will return to a more normal level.

Not sure whats going on but the lake level has dropped over 6" this last week.

I have caught a lot of walleyes on the South end of the lake. It is a long ride from this end of the lake, haven't fished it in years....h2l

Doug thanks for that info, I might be fishing a different area this year, my cousin bought a pontoon boat and we might be fishing where he is docking it on the south end of the lake. I will still fish northville launch when I use my boat, hope to see you out there soon.
