I fish mostly jigs, inline spinners and spoons. I like black or silver. I'm most confident with those two colors tied to my line.
Do most people have a favorite color?
Just curious.

chartreuse

What specie?

RG , I target mostly small mouth and northerns.
I also use a lot of live bait.
-
Firetiger on everything, spoons, blades, stickbaits, even ice fishing jigs
-
If it ain't chartreuse, it ain't no use! LOL
-
Blue or red for me....White for top water
-
Perch colored
Black and silver
Blue and silver
White
And chartreuse
In that order.
Oh yeah brown if I'm using buck tail jigs.

Fire Tiger.....

My go to for smallies and the walleyes is an all white smithwick rattlen' rouge in the smaller size. This thing is deadly for me especially in the fall; I was out the other night just befor dark and the smallies would not leave it alone.

I just got one of those as a free gift with my BASS membership. Hope they work on the north shore too!

I agree, the color that's working.

Wow, thank you for all the replies. I honestly never use chartruese. I think I'll give it a try as so many people here have mentioned that in there list. Thank you all. Jim P

Just was looking at my ice fishing stuff. I don’t have much time on open water.
I believe you will detect a theme here:

Those glow BIG MAX and Fiskas lures with combinations of firetiger, glow, chartreuse, pearl and those limetreuse and chartreuse Lake Fork lures - sometimes just the tail half - have been my best color combinations.
I have caught everything from crappie, perch and sunfish to bass, salmon, brookies, whitefish and lakers on the exact same colors and configurations. I fish two rods a lot and watch the fish pick the color.
Can’t wait to give the walleyes a shot with those.
