Has anyone here ever use borax o fire to cure trout and salmon eggs. I was thinking of stream hardening then using the cure but in videos they cure them straight out of the fish without stream hardening. I prefer a hard egg that can "bounce" and was wondering id the borax o fire could produce an egg like that without stream hardening.
