That's it! I'm done pickling. Did anoer 4 quarts and 8 pints today of very...very....very dill pickles. This morning I pulled all the pickle plants. Found some seriously giant pickles hiding in the depths. A couple went a pound and a half at least. I have a lot of extra cukes that I'll take to work and give away. There's quite a few that are just too far gone to eat so, they'll go out by the compost bin. I'll probably have volunteer pickles next year, but that's cool.

I'll get the empty beds ready for radishes and greens.

Just a super pickle and cuke harvest this year.

If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

Every time I see the word “radishes”, or see a radish, I think of college.

A couple of 1 pound pickles that were over looked.

They'll be going to seed by the compost bin.

Pickle...its a  pickle gone rogue.
I turn my jars upside down too now. If nothing else it allows the garlic and onions to drop to the "top"  ::)

A fresh tomato is a happy tomato!  ;D
One more with the one we're after and we'll have two.
The brook trout is the prom queen of the trout world, and a promiscuous prom queen at that!

Good night for sausage,  and peppers and tomatoes from the garden.   And fresh rolls from the frendly bakery...
