Wonder how the iPad spell correct let that one go.
It's even more confusing to watch up close. Especially when I was trying to fine tune it and couldn't see where the bearings were flying off the track.

So...today my son and I cleaned all the tracks and hit them with a tarnish remover. We also cleaned all the bearings to remove all the crud from soldering and flux and such. Low and behold...the tracks ran way faster and bearings started flying everywhere. Many minor adjustments.
On top of that, the bearing pump is slowly failing. The tower seems too tall to carry the weight of a column of bearings. Might have to rethink the delivery method.
In any event, we had a great time fussing with the machine. We actually did get quite a few releases of bearings on all three tracks at once. It's pretty darned cool to watch. It's a work in progress.
