Registered my trailer yesterday. Love the pro rate discount. I swear it's the only deal NY offers.

If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

If I renewed in December it was $16.50. Yesterday it was $12.50.

When you retire, you'll look for the deals too ;D

Thank you Bob,  ...It would be nothing short of a miracle to be able to load up on gills and perch through a hole until May 1st.
Where can I catch a crappie? Thanks in advance

Glad that's off my shoulders........  Figured it was my fault for leaving the Christmas lights out till after New Years.  They've been buried under snow since then.  Maybe didn't help last week that I put the big shovel away and summerized the snow blower to get to the boat to prep for the season.
Bigger isn't always better but Size definitely Matters!

Yeah....well.....I did a ribeye on the Weber for Dinner. Man what a beautiful day. Had a nice 2'hr hike, vacuumed out the boat....fired up the grill......popped the top on a Heineken....really felt/tasted good! The weather geniuses are saying 68 on Thursday. We'll see.

It's probably worse now. I vacuumed it out today. The day I put gear in it, we'll be set back another month.  :-\

My apologies!

Nope!  I declare Spring.  I broke the ice today (pun intended). Got out for a few hours this afternoon and got the first one of 2015 and a nice one at that.  I had ice on my guides, I caught a tree, lost a few flies and reacquainted myself with some pricker bushes but it  was all worth it.

Just don't tell us you're opening your pool this week and we should be all right.
