Kingston Mills
« on: Aug 18, 2018, 12:34 PM »
Hi everyone,

I've been out to Kingston Mills on 3 occasions now (got there are 6 -7am) each time. I haven't had ANY luck at all. I a bite my second time out, but only one.

First time out I was throwing a 5" weightless wacky rig (green pumpkin) second time out I used the same thing and had 1 bite. I went out again this morning and tried a 5" weightless wacky (june bug) still nothing at all. I tried watermelon with red flake today as well, nothing at all.

I have moved around quite a bit, fished the top in different areas, fished down by the power station (on the calm side) and all down that bank to the docks.

Has anyone had any luck catching Bass at Kingston Mills? if so what are you using? I'm determined to catch some bass using a wacky, but it's getting frustrating.

Any other shore fishing spots anyone can recommend for Bass in Kingston would be much appreciated as well.

Thanks

GD Mosey

I've seen a couple people catching some small perch at the locks. Anyone been out there recently? The water was high last week.
