Anybody want to share their favorite recipe for bullhead?

Skin them and cut chunks of meat off the bones. roll 'em in beer batter and deep fry 'em!! serve with tarter sauce and tabasco!

make a corn meal batter, add Cajun spice and a generous amount of mustard (I've only tried regular yellow). dip fish pieces/fillets and deep fry

- I fillet/ then cut into chunks/ dip into pancake batter- Then deep fry. .....(They are also very good in a fish chowder !)-Lou

I LIKE TO SKIN,CUT THE HEAD OFF AND GUT.MAKE A CAJUN RUB AND BLACKEN THEM IN OIL.
