Title: Angostura 2013
Post by: jbuss79 on Apr 06, 2013, 07:34 PM
Tough fishing today. Fished from 6:30 am until 4:00 pm and caught 1 Drum and 1 medium sized Smallie. We tossed out about everything we could think of with no success. Walleye were still stacked up in water over 20'. Water temp was 46-50 degrees today. Gotta think that in the next week or so the bite will turn on down there. Stay tuned!

A few walleyes were caught not sure of the weights. My friend didn't land any but had a few on . Dragging jigs in 10' or less.

Finally better news about angy.  Caught 23 eye 3bass 1pike 1cat 1perch.  The only bad news is 19 eye where under 15in but caught a nice 24in 5lber and a nice 27in 8lber.

All fish were caught pulling flicker shad in many different locations.
