Just picked up a couple Diawa , Regal 2500 spinning reels and they are a great reel for the money, going to retire my old Penn spinfisher salt water reels, best reels I ever owned one is 23 plus and the other 21 years old I do not know how many hours on those old reels but they still are better than a lot of new reels out there.
. The new Diawas have been out last weekend and I have to say I am going to miss my old Penn's , But I will be spooling the Penn's up with 20# to go after Northern as soon as the shores melt off enough to hit the bays.
