My little girl is growing up!!!

She had the best time the other night. I guess she is growing up. She didn't need to much help from me except to take the fish off the hook for her. She must have caught 50 huge Crappies, Gills and sunnies. She did get my bait season started with a 13" Golden Pond Shiner (now in the freezer).

That's fantastic! We go to Nobody's with my girlfriends lil 5 yr old girl and she has a ball with the pumpkinseeds.  Biggest pumpkinseeds I have ever seen!  They fight like largemouth in that lake!  ha ha  Also, someone next to me caught one of those golden pond shiners as well.  Never seen one before.  Are they shiners someone dropped back into the lake and they just continue to grow?

Great picture . Its nice to see the next generation enjoying themselves. I remember my kids at that age and catching fish was pure fun. My 3 girls still fish to this day with their daddy. Puts a huge smile on my face thinking back to those precious times.

Bob...they do grow up fast....I have two daughters and still look at pictures of when we went fishing, just about your daughters age, now they are both grown women. Cherish the moments and with a smile like that and the love for fishing she just might find a guy as good as "dear old Dad"
