Great stuff chief! If I can make a suggestion on the Hotel Cal' song.  I would recommend to slow down your timing just a bit... and also strum softer......feel that guitar, and let it make the sounds you want, instead of cranking on them strings. Just my 02. Keep up the good work young man!

Another one I've been focusing on. Not too hard to learn, but the gut wrenching feeling has got to be part of this tune. This one hits home bigtime for me, Played it for my older brother quite a while ago, teared him up a bit. Me too.... ( We had a very unorthodox upbringing, and never bonded in our adolescence)that's what music and the arts are all about. Break down our pride, selfishness and Ego's for 3 to 5 minutes just to take a breather and self check ourselves. Just my 2 pennies friends.
