I fly to Northern Canada every year for Northern Pike and Lakers.
My homemade rod tube stood up to rough airline baggage handlers for 9 years, but finaly wore out.
I'm looking for something that will handle 7' rods, is not oversized like the "Bazookas", and will withstand airline baggage handlers.
Plano #46102 seems to be what I want. Have any of you fishermen used this rod tube and if so, what is your opinion. Also, do you have any other recommendations.
