I have only fished the lake for about 70 years and have caught 3 LMB. There are a few but not many. Not really a bass fisherman but the lake does have some very nice SMB....h2l

My daughter and I fished today. 9 walleyes and 1 perch. Kept 4 and the perch. Very light bite again. 28 to 32 fow. Water temp 74* out on the lake. Most came on a yellow bucktail....h2l

Sounds like a good day, fishing with your daughter, that's really special. Does she out fish you.

Almost every trip. Yesterday she let me catch 2 walleyes. She likes using my "lucky" fishing pole. It is a 1990 Mag-Touch, very good for the light bite....h2l

It’s a sign of not only a good captain, but a great father as well!

Just a heads up. The lake has come up a foot and a half. Also seeing some junk floating....h2l

P.S. ActtivetrapChecker, I think it is a sign my reaction time is slowing down.

I got to use my lucky pole today. 8 walleyes, 5 keepers, kept 2 for a friend and his wife. (19 and 20 inches) Also, some SMB, only had to bring 1 into the boat. Most of the walleyes came mid-morning, 28 to 32 fow. Water temp 75. Also seeing a thermocline at about 35 fow....h2l
