yesterday i went fishing  at  the oswego river in fulton they  drew the  river down  at least  four foot between the  dams    to fix the  flash boards  below  the lower  dan  there was no water the  fish were stuck in what holes where left and  the  ospreys and  eagles  had a field  day  this damaged the  docks in the marina and  caused issues with the fire depts  rescue boat
you can destroy buildings  you can't  destroy the  american spirit

seems like a little communication and better timing could have eliminated a lot of problems. were these repairs something that could have been done during the winter?  too bad about the fish I know the birds like to eat but that doesn't sound like a fair deal
