mitchell 300x

has anyone had any problems with their mitchells. Ive had mine for a little over a month, and the drag still works, but does not make a sound any more.anyone know what might be the problem.

I have the same reel as you and never had any problems but if anyone knows what happened I would like to know because a reel on one of my ice fishing setups has the same problem
