Just came back from a week in Canada.   I went up with a new everlast deep cycle marine battery.   I used it  hard all day and  charged it every  night when  we got back.   It worked  just fine.

My  buddies  came up with  new  car  batteries they got from NAPA.  They also used them hard all day and came  home and charged them in the evening.   They worked just fine, too.

It may be because they were all new batteries, and the story may change as the batteries get older,  but the bottom line for our trip was that  all of the batteries we had worked just fine and they all lasted   plenty long enough  to suit our purposes.     Maybe we were just lucky :-)

In the battery charger/battery business we had a saying; "Most batteries don't die, they are murdered..."
