Herring

Could anyone point me in the direction of a bait shop that carries herring in the Brunswick area.  Also is there a time of year that you are more likely to find it available.  I'm wanting to freeze some.  Thanks

just go jig some. good excuse to go fishing again.
in a couple hours time you could have more then enough.

Kennebec angler has some.  I caught over twenty last time I was out.

You guys use sabiki rigs or is there something better for catching herring?

sabiki with a diamond jig or a cast master.  Both catch fish but I prefer the cast master
