Too hot to fish

I can't fish in this weather , I feel like I am melting. Already in 2nd set of clothes. Found trout dying on surface of Gardners. Water temp 84.5. Going home to air conditioner. GL to those hardier than me

Sure is hot bug. Too bad about the trout, but maybe if all the stockies die, the stinklogs will starve.  ;)

Trade show in Boston.  Had to commute yesterday and today.  Belt for ac isnt on and let me tell you I regret that.

No ac? Argh! Brings back memories of the 70's.....windows down and big hair blowing in the wind.  8)

If im going out its either going to be someplace  in the shade, or someplace where i can get deep in the water in a bathing suit

Just finished raking out new topsoil and seeding part of the yard. The term sweating is inadequate, human waterfall is appropriate.

Thats what I did.  Unfortunately with traffic the wind was minimal.  I enjoyed 3 hours of 99 degrees.  I ordered the pulley, new tensioner and belt!

It was grim. Then, when I retired to the patio with a cold one, one of my feathered friends decided to bomb me. No respect.  :-\

Experience reminds me that suffering makes the wallet open a little easier.

I think I'm heading to old lyme Thursday after work,To do a little surf casting
