Bantam

So I'm hittin' up Bantam this Saturday; but for once I hope I DON'T hook up with a pike there; first bass tournament for sweetwater bass club is this Saturday there. Weather's lookin' great; bass are staging in prespawn& this warming trend will get those footballs with fins to feed. I don't mind if I hook up w/ some nice pike- as long as I can target the bass too. I'll give a report on how it was-and if anyone's interested: look up Ctsweetwater bass club online-bass clubs need non-boaters as well as boat-owning anglers for the tournaments: and its' a great way to get further involved in the sport of fishing.-Fish on all!

Tourney's actually tomorrow- better since the bass+ the weather are both really heating up.

It's that time of year, the water is just getting to a good temp. The weather looks good for a few days, now that the fan has reduced speed. Good luck.
