Pretty Nice Rainbow Last Evening
« on: Jun 26, 2017, 06:38 AM »
Rained for a while last evening. Peeked out the window to see this.

Even a hint of a Double rainbow.

If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

We seem to be having a lot of rainbows lately. Got this pic on my morning walk down the Canal path.

Only a partial...but still a double.

How did we ever live without them?  ::)
One more with the one we're after and we'll have two.
The brook trout is the prom queen of the trout world, and a promiscuous prom queen at that!

We talked to people in person....visited with our neighbors.....ate dinner together.

And....used cameras with film that had to be taken to be developed. Remember waiting for the pictures to be ready?

I do. I even dabbled with my own little dark-room and enlarger when I was a teen.  8)

Man, some simple things in life are truly amazing.
You could ride a hundred different horses but you won't be able to beat me. I'm the actual winner of cheltenham festival. Yeah, man, you're done. Do something else.

I agree. We need to take time to look at the world around us and marvel. We should never be too young, or old, or busy to gaze in wonderment.
