Wuz up- with some pictures

Been holding onto many bent rods recently at some stellar locations.

Started out having breakfast at a nice lil rec picnic table on the way into a remote lake:



After the 4wd on the pickup got used and many rocks were painted with shiny aluminum from the bottom of my truck we got closer to the lake on the daily agenda.

The first boat didnt seem too lake worthy and was taking in a lil bit of water- prolly more then i could bail:



Almost went with the canoe but it wasnt in much better shape:



Then drug out the ol Bayliner and spooled it up for some action:



With a nice mayfly hatch happening i figured what a better fly to drag behind:



Didnt take long before fish were up along the bayliner on the end of the hook:





Quite a few were caught and the steady action made for some good fun..

Onto some other water and matching the hatch landed quite a few more fish- heres a few pix of some of them:





The cloudy weather has made it decent for solid action.  All of the fish were very healthy and had awesome colors..





No matter where it seemed like the hook hit the water the fish just kept biting. I havent been out that much this year but sure seems good with many 5 pounds already.





No fish were harmed in the making of any of these pix.

I was very impressed at just how thick the fish was- thickest ive ever seen, pix dont giver enuf justice:



After smelling like fish and losing some that woulda made some super pix i think i mite have to spool on out again somewhere very soon...

o love fishing in my rubberraft!!!!! verry comfy and can be packed in easly! mice fish i bet they were pullin your raft around
