Title: Chain o Lakes State Park
Post by: LundProv on May 17, 2019, 10:08 PM
I have a few days off and am thinking of exploring Chain of Lakes State Park.  I have a friend that fishes there and thinks it is a neat place to explore.  I have a small Lund Rebel with a 24V Ipilot system so I can probably scoot around that area.  In looking at the lay of the park, is there any one lake that you prefer to fish over the others?  I am not looking to steal anyone's fish -- just looking for a place that is new water to explore for panfish.  I appreciate the info...

They're all decent but some are better than others.  Good fish in Sand but that can be said of others. Good luck.  We are camping/FISHING there fathers day weekend.

I have done the best on open water on long lake.  Its all of the way in the back.  But like Roe said there is good fish in all of them.

Years ago I did a creel survey on Norman Lake. Lots of nice readers and crappies in there -- at least then.
