Anyone fish the slough early fall? Was thinking crickets and minnows for panfish. Where do you think the fish will be now. Reeds? Deeper spots?

No idea where the fish may be but keep in mind the lake closes October 6th for waterfowl.

Going out today. Just looking to relax and have some panfish for dinner. My fish cleaning limit is about 10 or 15   Hopefully don’t get blown around too much. Will be putting the new spot lock to the test for sure

Well that's good to hear , I noticed a few mature eagles on the river a week or so ago. They should start showing up out there soon .
