Just got third gel shot the other day. Now they feel great. Should last about 5 months like last time. Talked to a guy the other day. He said he has been getting the gel for 9 years and every time before he gets his shots the doc takes x-rays, and he has only lost 2 percent in 9 years. This is great. Hope mine last that long. I won't even have the surgery. Keeping my fingers crossed. One day at a time.
