So I tried something new, and wow :D everything in this pic- the borsin, I grew or harvested. Pan seared venison, cuke salad, Zucchini noodles with garlic and borsin.

Very creative! How did you cook the Zoodles with Boursin?

We love our Zoodles. Did chicken Parmesan with Zoodles in parchment paper on the Weber the other night.

If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

https://www.boursin.com/product/garlic-fine-herbs/

It's a creamy delightful cheese spread that when added to a dish over low heat stays un-broken. We use it on our Baguette chips for Bruchetta, I've used it for crab stuffed Portobellas, added it to alfredo, used it in macaroni salad, the possibilities are endless.

Not like I can👍

Did an Angus strip steak on the Weber for dinner.  Cut up 4 cloves really fine with sea salt and slathered the streak for an hour or so before cooking. The garlic was really sweet and the steak was superb.

Only 80 heads left for the coming year.
