Just in case anyone is wondering about those 2 lakes, summit still had some ice in the morning today in the coves and at the launches (about a quarter inch) and P.C also had ice around the bridges that was about the same. In my small boat I got thrown around so didnt do much fishing but in the next few days if your wanting to fish those 2 you should be ok.
