"Beer Can Spinner"

 Anyone ever hear of "beer can spinners"  ? Its an attractor similar to a "Dave Davis" .Used to fish them up on East Grand with awesome results but haven't been able to find them in a long while. They're shaped like a section of a tin can and 3 or 4 in line in reduced size . Any info appeciated.
