Unfortunately takes too much time for me to get down that way.  I'll be up near Riverton if you want to meet up.  Prob stay until 830-9 and chuck some mice once it gets dark.

Ok Ill ping you.  Will fish south first then aim to meet you near/at dark.  Do you know where Ovation is?  Couple miles south of Woodshop...confirmed mice attacks there.

Fished for 3 hours.  Not sure if it was the warmer weather but the bite was slower even fishing different pools.  Even so, landed 10 bows.  Nothing huge.  Purple haze took most of them.  Frenchy nailed a few as well.

Went out last night.  Landed 10...one wild brown was decent around 18".  Flow was up a bit which was nice.  130 cfs.  Praying for 1000 cfs.  I like big water.

8 landed last night, couple of browns.  Flow went from 68 cfs to 158.  I think it took the fish a bit to find new lies.  Swing was the ticket once the "hebes" started up.  Small #16 olive nymph was being crushed on the swing.

Nice work as usual Jon.

I will let the ocean rest this weekend. Although - I have a bass tourney on Sunday.

Good to hear that the flow is up.  I was there Sunday evening up in Riverton and it was still a trickle.  I stuck with the hopper dropper style rig but was using a big foam ant instead of a hopper and rotated the dropper.  I got one stocker bow on the ant but nothing on the dropper.  My girlfriend stuck a beauty of a wild brown using a size 10 bugger like fly.  She's finally starting to get independent when on the river minus tying tippet to the leader she can handle herself.  Funny she picked a fly that I deemed garbage and then she nails a wild brown.

Its been like fishing a blitz down near work.  So many trout on the surface.  I swung a small hares ear and a larger olive lively legs nymph and caught a few.  One bow was pushing 17" and fought like a champ.  I need to stop crossing the river at night...

Last night was rough.  There was a solid hatch but the trout were in a funk.  Very few were nailing the spinners falling and only a few were hitting emergers violently.  Usually this equals excellent nymphing for me.  Not the case last night.  I managed a single brown on a #8 rubber legs before calling it a quits.  I have a couple hours after work today to redeem myself.
