Thanks for the information. After lots of back and forth I am now looking at the side imagining all and all and kind of stuck on brand with the hooking it to my I pilot link system to have all that capability just wondering on follow contour if you have to have the hummingbird chip or if you can use navionic chip as well.

Well got the transducer installed and all the wires ready to go for the unit now to just finish putting the head unit on the mount and get out on the lake and start using it. Lots of menus and veiws to go through and see what I like and how to get it all running.
