Yeah Shane told me he’s been cleaning for few weeks. I figured the heat this week didn’t have many fish shooting up the river. Just asking if some new ones shot up after the rain yesterday.
Nice job findin em

A little walleye I caught on a pink worm last week at the salmon River.
27 1/2", 17" girth, 9.28 lbs.

I saw a photo of you with this eye over on FB - Shane posted it.
Sweet catch for sure.
At first, I was surprised to see a walleye come out of the Salmon River.
But then I got thinking about how many walleyes and bass are in the lake up there.
So why wouldn't they be running up and in the river with the T&S.
Do you know how frequent they are caught?

I really miss the winter steelhead fishing there and in the lower river with my son Jeff.
We always stayed at Shane's place.
"God's Country" up there.

Shane said in 46 years he has never caught one up there. I have only heard of one other that far up the river. And that was a few years back.
