Spinner rigs for Cat?
« on: Mar 22, 2013, 06:28 PM »
Hi guys,
Check out this clip for an alternate way to fish for cats -----> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rNiBIH8Kqt0
It appears to be quite a productive technique. 8)

Have any of you guys tried for cats this way, either from a boat, or off shore?
If so, how did it work for you? ???

neat link WW.  there should be lots of spots on the saskatchewan rivers this spring that will have moving water enough to use that spinner rig system.  hopefully the sturgeon and walleye like it as much as the cats did in that video  8)
got a fish on the line and my boat on the water
and it's gettin' near time to take the cows to the slaughter

Haven't used spinners but have caught flatheads on jigs and twister tails.

WW I use them in winter on the river. They work good never tried them in summer. Catch walleye and pike on them.
