Oh baby...they were good!RgI like the idea of using sausage for the wrap. I use seasoned burger. Something different is good. Grab a block of Habernero or Carolina reaper cheese for the middle. Great with cold beer.
Looks good. I've got to do some beef sticks this year myself. I don't have any more venison. The take was down last season. We need all the ground deer for regular cooking. Is that a home built smoker?

RG, remember the cheese needs a rest period of a couple weeks to mellow as a rule. It can taste like licking an ash tray fresh out of the smoke. A bit of a rest makes a big difference.
