Odd color smallie

Caught this one in St Albans Bay about a week ago.  Don't recall ever seeing one with vertical stripes ?

Caught some like that before, it's because of the weedbeds they're lurking near. when the smallies are in the rocks, they tend to be darker, but when in the weeds they get that mottled light color.
