Attic Fan, you can hook it up to a de-humidistat

Or you can just buy a dehumidifier, they arent that expensive and they work great. we've had one in our basement for years and you can def tell when it isnt on and when it is. All you have to do is empty the water from it everyonce and a while.

vent every 3rd sofit put in a roof ridge vent like billditrite said never had a problem wont have to worry about emtying water or electric bills if you live in NY but it would be the quickest fix or for the short term also if the roof is insulated do you have vent foam between the wood and insulation?

is your roof insulated? if it is and you have no foam baffles between the insulation and roof that could be a large part of your problem
