it was year end at my place of business last week and I was asked to cook for the team staying late to count all the Inventory.. I of course agreed and decided to do pulled pork and corn on the cob..

Bassjunky, ever try the bacon explosion?
You take a lb of uncooked bacon and weave a mat with it.  Then you take a lb of uncooked bulk sausage and lay it out on the mat.  Then you take a lb of cooked bacon and crumble it on top of the sausage.  Next you roll the whole thing up into a loaf.  Then you smoke the loaf for a couple hours.  Toward the end you slather it with BBQ sauce and slice and serve.  Just tried it over this past weekend.  I don't have pictures but there are pictures on www.bbqaddicts.com.  It was a great dinner, but I think I might have liked the breakfast sandwich I made with the leftovers even better.

Believe me, I made some Homer-esque sounds as I was eating it.
