Title: The days are getting short
Post by: Jethro on Sep 16, 2019, 09:33 AM
Didn't have much time to get out this weekend but managed a small window of time Sat morning to boat 2 salmon and 4 lakers. Only one of each was of decent size:

About 19" not very big:

Close to 20" and pretty fat, did not weigh but definitely over 2 lbs:

Nice work Jethro!

I love fishing but I look forward to this time of year all summer long. Fishing is till on fire both salt and fresh, cooler temps and the woods start calling my name. Bird season, deer season, mushroom hunting, all a nice change of pace but a rod is always within reach.

You’re on a roll with those nice salmon jethro! I’d guess that’s all of 3 pounds anyways!

Beauty! I’ve been missing the trolling of late...wife and I are putting together a log addition on our home. Maybe Friday!
