Here is some pics of our catch from Port Clinton.
This the fish laid out. 24 walleye and one perch.
This is the pile of filets after we got done cleaning them.

yeah drifting is definately more fun than trolling. these were all caught drifting with mayfly rigs. we got out there at 6 and we caught the last one around 11:30. they were all mostly between 17 and 20 inches. must be alot of the 2003 hatch out there.

what is a mayfly rig? is it like a dixie spinner?

it's like a worm harness but it only has one blade and a single hook. it's made to look like a mayfly since this is what the walleye are feeding off of right now. the mayflys hatch on the water then they get washed down to the bottom where the walleye feed. you just tip the hook with about an inch of worm then just drift the rig.
