I fish there at least a coupe of times a year. I don't really care for the $5 launching fee at the campgrounds but oh well. I have done well with the largemouth to the left of the launch, within 10 feet of shore. If you take a left after launching and head into that shallow cove it is loaded with bass and pike. Normally I use a white Mister Twister jig on a weedless hook tipped with a little piece of worm. By July it is choked with weeds and I use a weedless topwater frog or mouse. Equally effective.

duck lake has excellent panfish action. the crappies are plentiful and ez to catch once found. i used tube jigs and small hair jigs to catch them and sometimes i tipped them with spikes. very fertile small lake but please practice c + r. tks big dave
