We also had bone in pork chops last night. We had rice and sliced cucumbers for a side. Was tasty, but Didn’t get any pics.

Now...that's different Fred. I like it!

I've got some venison sausage left over from the Minestrone. Might give that a try in the morning. Maybe mix in some peppers and onion.

Yesterday's Minestrone for us tonight. Warmed me up after a cold day of fishing.

Dam all the food looks good,last night took a break from beef and bbq chicken was good with broccoli, I like the stem parts wife had the floretts , tonight back to beef haha goulash! And FR that venison looked awesome!!!!

OYE! Chicken Marsala! One of my favorites. Now you have me thinking for Monday dinner. Tomorrow is Chinese Saturday....dumplings and egg rolls. Sunday is fish fry with my son. My Bride doesn't like fish. Can you imagine that?

Tonight I took some left over steak and did a Carna Asada marinade. Sauteed up a little red onion and bell pepper. Cooked some Spanish rice and made fresh Pico. Toasted a nice tortilla and made a wrap. Good lord that was so fresh and delicious

Me and my crew are putting guide rail in on Thruway near Buffalo,this is our coffee break food , one guy brought in meatballs for sandwiches other guy brought in stuffed cabbage! Gonna need a nap !!
