Ooooo, that looks good. Haven’t done sweet taters in a while. Have to discuss it with my Bride.

If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

Got tired of not being able to find some breakfast links, so I made a few today. Brats tomorrow.

I was defrosting my freezer and lo and behold I found a package of bluegill fillets I didn't know I had. Italian bread crumbs, curly fries, and coleslaw. By the time I remembered to take a picture, it was too late.

It was delicious.

That’s like finding $10 in a jacket pocket you haven’t worn in months. Happens to me on a regular basis. Found a few packages of perch fillets in he bottom of my freezer a while back.

 Made me very happy.

Ever try making perch breakfast sausage? I’ve done it a few times. Really delicious.

We do it all the time. My favorite recipe:

8oz salt
2oz black pepper
1oz rubbed sage
1oz onion powder
1oz garlic powder.

Mix thoroughly in a zip loc bag
Use 1/2oz per pound of meat. Make patties or stuff into 18-19mm sheep casings.
