Well can't go fishing cause of dam neck was gonna go sit for tree rats but windy and rainy so making a pile more of perogies for freezer

Well more than 100 perogies in freezer , gonna do shrimp stir fry with honey tonight basic but good keep pics coming of food ! All looks great

 I need to make some more. The other 5 dozen we made didn't last long... 8)
 Is it still a perogie if it has like other stuff besides potatoes and cheese?
 Been thinking about corn and maybe some with peppers added to the mashed potatoes and cheese?

Yup many types of perogies my mom taught me anything can go in them my favorite where farmers cheese and homemade cured sauerkraut my grandmother from Poland used to put smoked eel in them believe it or not as a very young kid not a fan but now probably wouldn't be to bad as are palets change as get old

I bought a pound and a half at the Fayette Ville Wegmans, they have the most unbelievable seafood Department.  8)
