Very nice man, well done.
How do you like the SuperSlick? I have some 10# on the reel i use for freshwater, it seems to cast really nice. I have some of the 6# Berkley Nanofil on another smaller trout rod that casts great as well.

Nice bunch of cow stripers. Wish I lived near the ditch.

How are you working those sebile sand eels? I have heard that they are deadly at the ditch but I haven't had much luck with them yet. I also haven't put in a lot of time. Do you let those bounce on the bottom or bring them in on a steady retrieve? I fished them mostly on a steady retrieve but I'm not really sure how to work them. Shoot me a PM if you prefer. Thanks

I cast The sandeels against the current and drift em 10-2 or 2-10.After drift I jig em back. Reeling quickly towards the end at the canal as to net get caught on the shelf.

Looks like a great couple of weeks at the Canal Colby!!!
-
This is the 3rd striper I kept this year. Was almost 42# when it hit the sand. This fish will put me in first place for the entire On the water striper cup shore division a 5 month striper tourney. Best 3 fish combined. Gonna need 1 or 2 bigger to hold onto the lead!
