Got the boat out on the water today, I am certainly impressed. It doesn't take much more than 1/4 throttle and im on plane. I have never seen a quieter or smother outboard. The extra 22pounds of motor weight was accualy a good thing too. once on plane the old 15hp would tend to ventilate a little with the prop right at the surface, the new motor balances the boat out better and the ventilation is gone. After a few hours of break in I opened it up and got 26mph by myself. Not enough to be scary but will be nice trying to out run a storm, or on those long early morning river runs during duck season.  ;D
