Place to stay around Sullivan lake

I'm looking for a fishing friendly place (fish cleaning station,place to park a boat at night)to stay close to the Sullivan area,motel,cabin,house trailer etc.
We used to stay at Molly's on Turtle creek,but that was years ago and can't get ahold of them so the search begins,would rather not stay in a holiday inn or any other chain if possible.
Any help would be appreciated.

Looked at those a couple of days ago,some are booked for the time frame I'm looking at and some are too big or to far away from the lake.
I'll find something,doesn't hurt to ask,Thanks guys.
