Ontario was good to me! This one was 33" and is the biggest I've landed to date. Landed 3 browns as well but they were tight lipped most of the weekend. Those were only 2-3 pounds. Ill be going back soon!

Nice fish for sure! Jigging them up?
-
No jigging, water was too big to really stop trolling. 5 colors of lead in 30 fow. I wish it were jigging though!
-
Nice catch Jon. Another nice pic to the collection!
-
Nice John. Trolling lead core. No down riggers. Lake looks calm. I can't wait to get back out there.
-
Tell me about it Jeff. I may have to go with the fam this weekend, but ill have to buy a few more rods first!!!
-
yep that looks like a lake Ontario touge, jon. i'll be headed up in a couple weeks.
-
Nice Laker, getting good use of the Striker bibs too!

Good luck Bill I am going to do the same. I need to adjust some things on the boat first...I need to get into those bigger browns!
-
That's just a baby out there ::)
Great fish Jon ;D
-
Beautiful fish. Congrats!
-
Congrats. That is a beauty.

Thanks goes to bigredfishing, great captain and good company. He did good job keeping us straight, and netting that fish without tangling the other lines!
Oddly enough we could not buy a hit on the boards every fish was on the flatline or leadcore.
Here are the browns:

That's awesome. What's the deal with the red marks? I see that on a lot of the fish caught on the online shows I watch...

I can pull 6500lbs max once I switch from an E fan to clutch fan. If I need to tow more than that god help me!

HaHa thats never a problem. I always tell my wife one can never have enough rods. Bought a new trolling reel for striper fishing to replace an old Senator. She said what no rod to go with it. I said I was just going to swap off a reel from a rod I have, but ok I'll get a new rod to go with it. Back this week ;D ;D
-
It never ends! I can't wait to get back there.
-
Humminah, humminah (to quote Ralph Kramden), that's a HUGE fish! Congratulations.
-
Wow... Those some nice fish! Awesome
