you guys must have been hunting today because when i checked in at MFF i noticed i was  the only single solitary sole(pun intended) on the site!i believe that is a first as i do always look to see who else is on!!winter is coming folks theres no doubt!!

Its happened to me a couple of times lately. I guess a lot of people don't open water fish year round like I do

Well it's snowing like hell here right now in the valley, so I'm sure the mountains are just getting pounded. Winter is trying to pry though the door. I am ready. Ice fishing rocks, and open water fishing the river around the ice chunks in the river for big trout is better fishing than any other time of year on the river.
